Designed recovery plans · built on your menu
Turn your machines into protocols. Turn protocols into members.
Praxium reads your menu — red light, cryo, sauna, HBOT, compression — and builds designed, goal-based sequences your team runs and your members actually understand. It works with the booking tools you already run, so you don’t switch anything.

CryoBuilt owner? First access →The problem
You bought the equipment. The system never came with it.
You’ve stacked the modalities — six figures of cryo, red-light beds, sauna, HBOT, compression. The hard part was never buying them. It’s knowing who needs what, in what order, and how to get the most out of each one for the goal in front of you. Then making that same call on every shift, whoever’s working the desk.
Who needs what, in what order?
The sequencing that actually drives results lives in a few expert heads, if anywhere — so the plan shifts with whoever’s on the floor.
Members don’t know what to use, when, or why
They under-use what they don’t understand, the perceived value drops, and they quietly stop coming.
Equipment that doesn’t earn its keep
Expensive machines get toured, not programmed into a plan members come back for — so utilization and margin stay flat.
No way to show progress
Without a goal-based plan and a reassessment, members never feel they’re getting further — the one thing they actually pay to feel.
A studio that runs on the owner’s judgment is a job with key-man risk. A studio that runs on a documented system is an asset.
The protocols you’ve refined over years are the most valuable thing in the building that isn’t on the balance sheet. Praxium’s job is to make them a system — one that trains every hire, survives every departure, and travels to every location you open next.
The size of the prize
The same recovery bed at the same utilization can generate ~$42K on walk-ins or ~$144K as designed packages and memberships — the difference is the revenue blend, not the session price.
— Body Balance System
Six figures / yr
At a 1,000-member book, even a modest repeat-rate gap is six figures a year left on the table to silent churn.
— Macbach · med-spa retention analysis
These are industry benchmarks, not Praxium results — we’re pre-revenue and won’t pretend otherwise. Design partners get the first measured numbers, on their own book.
We already map your market
Praxium already catalogs the recovery industry — modality by modality, city by city.
The same protocol intelligence behind our public directory of 2,372 studios across 858 cities, 54 equipment brands and 190 products is what we turn on inside your floor.
And it isn’t a mockup — every studio, brand, and city page in it is live today, designed and marketed by the same engine we’d point at your studio. The directory is the proof.

The shift
Praxium turns your menu into a plan for every member.
Not a new booking system. Not a medical records system. Not a generic AI assistant. A medical record logs what happened; your scheduler books the room and takes the payment. Praxium suggests what to do next — which modality, in what order, for the goal in front of you — and your team makes the call. That’s the part those tools never had: the plan that turns one-off sessions into a system.
Protocol Match
A public intake quiz reads a member’s goals and suggests their protocol in plain language — which modality, in what order, how often.
Protocol Graph
A map of your menu — which modality serves which goal, the evidence behind it, and the order to run them — so every suggestion is backed by a source you approve and stays the same shift to shift.
Packages & retention
Packages and memberships built from those protocols — plus retention that acts, not just reports: the drifting member flagged by name, the outreach drafted, one tap to send.
Every member’s feedback sharpens the next plan.
Answer four questions. Watch a protocol assemble.
This is an example of a public intake — goal-based, in plain language. Praxium suggests a starting sequence from your menu; your team reviews and approves every plan.
This is the live demo — not a recording. Try it.
What’s the goal?
How it works
Every intake becomes a plan your whole team can run.
- 01
Connect
Praxium reads your existing booking and intake — nothing to export, nothing to rebuild.
- 02
Build
We map your menu and the evidence you approve into your Protocol Graph — one place every suggestion draws from, sources attached and goal-based by default.
- 03
Match
Members take the Protocol Match quiz and get a goal-based protocol they understand — and your screening rules fire where they matter: flags you approve, surfaced to staff at intake and check-in.
- 04
Run
Your team works from one consult and sequence every shift — your standard, even on your day off.
- 05
Retain & learn
Post-visit feedback flows back in: prompts flag members slipping off-plan, outcomes build your evidence, and the graph improves.
Ask Praxium
Not sure it fits your floor? Ask it.
A quick way to see how Praxium thinks. Ask about your modalities, your booking stack, or how sequencing works — it answers in plain language, then points you to a walkthrough. It won’t pretend to be the full product.
The differentiator
Built on your menu — not the open internet.
Paste your menu into ChatGPT and it will confidently invent dosing and claims it can’t source — guesses that put your brand on the line. Praxium speaks only from the modalities you actually run and the evidence you approve — every suggestion traceable to a source.
- It suggests the next sequence from a real, sourced graph — your team and your member make the call. Praxium never diagnoses and never decides for you.
- Your vendors sold you boxes and walked away. Praxium turns the whole menu into one system built to earn its keep.
- Start tight — go deep on one lane like red light — then grow the same way across cryo, sauna, HBOT, and more locations, without rebuilding.

What it produces
One connected map of your studio — the more you run it, the sharper every plan, check-in, and campaign gets.
What changes for the studio
Built for the metric that matters: members who stay.
Package & membership logic
Your modalities bundled with a reason members understand and stick with.
Equipment booked on purpose
Confident, consistent routing so the hardware you invested in isn’t sitting idle.
Consistency without you in the room
Every staffer works from the same consult as your best one — you stop being the smartest person in the room and become the one who built the smartest room.
Catch drop-off early
A prompt, not a dashboard: “M. Reyes — two weeks off plan,” message drafted, one tap to send before it becomes a cancellation.
Outcomes depend on your menu, members, and execution — and the member examples here are illustrative. Praxium gives you the system; we’ll measure the lift together on your numbers.
Built for a front desk that turns over.
- Day-one ready. A new hire is consult-ready on their first shift — the script lives in the tool, not in your manager’s head.
- One screen, no new login. The desk reads a single suggested protocol; nothing extra to learn mid-rush.
- Fast to live. Start on one lane — e.g. red light — and have your first protocols running in days.
Why we built it
“A 35-year clinician went looking for this system. It didn’t exist — so we built it.”
Praxium is a Sprinter venture, built with operators and clinicians who watched great recovery studios run six-figure equipment one session at a time — and knew the missing piece was the plan, not another booking screen.
Founding clinical advisor
The protocols started on a working clinic floor — not a whiteboard.
Why now
Two moments send owners looking for this.
The next lease
Opening your next location? Your judgment should get there before you do.
The lease is the easy part. The hard part is that everything that makes this floor work — the sequencing, the consults, the screening rules — lives in your head and your best staffer’s. Praxium makes it portable, so location two opens at location one’s standard instead of starting from scratch.
The two weeks’ notice
The next hire who leaves shouldn’t take your protocols with them.
Every consult your best staffer has absorbed walks out the door with them — unless it lives in a system first. In the Protocol Graph it stays: the next hire trains from it on day one, and your standard doesn’t reset with the roster.
Design partner program
Build the missing piece with us — on founding terms.
We’re taking a small founding cohort of recovery studios to shape Praxium around real floors. You get in early, at the lowest rate we offer, with a direct line to the team building it. Every partner starts with a 20-minute walkthrough on your own menu — then decides.
- Founding price, locked in. Lock the lowest rate we offer as a founding partner — protected as we add modalities and features.
- White-glove onboarding. We map your modalities, packages, and staff logic with you — your Protocol Graph is built for you, not handed to you.
- Shape the roadmap. A direct line to the founders and real influence over what we build next — we ship around your floor.
- First-mover advantage. Be the studio in your market running evidence-backed, goal-based protocols before anyone else is.
- Co-marketing & first case studies. We measure the lift on your numbers and tell that story together — you get the spotlight.
- Live in days, no rip-and-replace. Praxium adds to the booking tools you already run — nothing to rip out, and most setups take days, not a quarter.

FAQ
The questions operators actually ask.
Is this medical? Are you making health claims?
No. Praxium organizes goal-based performance and recovery sequencing — never diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice; your staff and your members make every call. What it does do is put your own screening rules to work: the contraindication flags you approve, surfaced to staff at intake and check-in instead of living on a laminated card. Every evidence statement cites a source you approve, and members are still reminded to check contraindications with a professional.
Do I have to leave Mindbody?
No. Praxium reads what you already run and adds to it — nothing to switch, no fee to hand over your data, no new contract locking you in. Owners know how booking platforms make the opposite feel: once you’re committed, switching is painful by design. Praxium is additive on purpose — keep it or leave it, your data stays yours.
We already pay for a scheduler. Why add Praxium on top?
Your scheduler books the room and takes the payment; it was never built to decide which modality serves which goal, bundle that into packages members keep, or flag a member before they quietly lapse. That’s the part that drives revenue — and it’s the part Praxium adds. We’d rather prove the lift on your own numbers as a design partner than ask you to take it on faith.
What does it cost?
Founding pricing is shared in full on the walkthrough — the lowest rate we’ll ever offer, locked for your first year. The honest comparison isn’t another software line item, though. It’s what it costs to put a great GM’s judgment on every floor: months of hiring and training per location, and the knowledge walks when they do. Praxium is priced like software. It’s doing the other job.
Will my front desk actually use it?
That’s the point. The suggested protocol is one screen, no new login, and a new hire is consult-ready day one — because the script lives in the tool, not in someone’s memory.
Do the suggestions know my real calendar?
Not yet — and we’d rather say that than demo around it. Today Praxium suggests the sequence, cadence, and package; your booking system still owns availability, and your staff books around real capacity exactly as they do now. Capacity-aware sequencing — plans that adapt when the sauna block is full — is on the roadmap we’re building with the founding cohort.
We’re red-light-led / single-lane. Is this overkill?
No — that’s the best place to start. Prove it on red light first, then add the next modality when you’re ready. Red light is exactly where the “why this sequence, in this order” story is clearest.
My staff already know the protocols.
Then you’re ahead — that knowledge is exactly what Praxium captures. Right now it lives in people, and it hands in its notice when they do. In the Protocol Graph it trains the next hire, holds the standard on every shift, and keeps compounding after your best staffer moves on.
Who’s behind it?
Praxium is a Sprinter venture — built by operators tired of watching great recovery studios run premium equipment like a drop-in gym.
