These terms

askprax.ai is published by Sprinter, which operates Praxium. By browsing the site, using the operator tools, or submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site. Questions go to hello@askprax.ai.

What this site provides

A free public directory of recovery studios and equipment manufacturers, editorial guides and comparisons, free planning tools for operators, and information about the Praxium product. Nothing here is a purchase, a booking, or a contract for the product itself — Praxium is provided to studios under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the product, not this page.

Not medical advice

Praxium organizes goal-based performance and recovery sequencing. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, it does not replace a qualified professional, and no page here creates a clinician relationship. Modalities carry real contraindications — consult a clinician before starting one, especially if you are pregnant, managing a cardiovascular or neurological condition, or taking medication. Our editorial and evidence policy explains how we label what is established versus merely plausible.

Directory information and verification

Listings are assembled from public sources and operator submissions and reviewed under our verification process. Hours, prices, menus, and ownership change constantly — confirm the details with the business before you travel or buy. A Praxium verification badge means we checked the listing's business details; it is not a medical credential, a safety certification, or a guarantee of service quality. Spot something wrong? Claim or correct the page.

What you submit

When you fill in a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to send it. Claiming a studio page means you are authorized to represent that business. Do not submit anyone else's personal information, confidential material, or medical records.

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to use it to respond to you, to verify a listing, and — where a submission is explicitly a listing or correction — to publish the resulting business information on the directory. Our privacy policy covers how submissions are handled.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape or bulk-copy the directory to republish or resell it. Automated crawling is welcome within the limits set in our robots.txt.
• Don't interfere with the site — no probing, load-testing, credential stuffing, malware, or attempts to reach data that is not yours.
• Don't misrepresent who you are or claim a business you are not authorized to represent.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing.

Operator tools and generated output

The free tools produce planning aids — checklists, scores, worked examples, and illustrative figures based on the inputs you provide and published benchmarks. They are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and their output is not a promise of results. Any third-party benchmark we cite is labeled as such and is not a Praxium outcome. Review anything you plan to act on with your own team.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, written guides, evidence framework, and the Praxium and Sprinter names and marks belong to us. Studio and manufacturer names, logos, and photography belong to those businesses and appear here to identify them. You may link to any page and quote a short passage with attribution; systematic copying, republication, or use of our content to train a competing directory is not permitted.

Third-party links and embeds

Booking links, studio and manufacturer websites, social embeds, and scheduling tools are operated by other companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices — their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave or interact with them.

Availability and disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, and we may change, suspend, or remove any part of it — including a page or a listing — at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sprinter and Praxium are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site — including a decision made from a listing, a guide, or a tool's output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted there. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your responsibility

If your use of the site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs. If you are an operator, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit about your business and for the care of your own members.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the terms change and revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the current version; if a change is material, we will say so rather than quietly editing a clause.

Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the state in which Sprinter is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Reach us at hello@askprax.ai before escalating anything — most issues are a data correction, and we would rather just fix it.
