Privacy policy

What we collect on askprax.ai, what we do with it, who processes it for us, and how to get it removed — written against what the site's code actually does.

Who we are

Praxium is a protocol-intelligence product for multi-modality recovery studios, operated by Sprinter and published at askprax.ai. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, who processes it for us, and how to get it removed. Questions go to hello@askprax.ai.

What this policy covers

It covers askprax.ai — the public directory, the guides and comparison pages, the operator tools, and the forms on this site. It does not cover the recovery studios and manufacturers we list: their own websites, booking systems, and privacy practices are theirs. If you book or buy through a link on a studio or brand page, you are on their platform under their terms.

Information you give us

Everything we ask for arrives through a form you chose to submit — a walkthrough request, a design-partner application, a studio listing or claim, the biohacker fit-check, or the modality quiz. Depending on the form, that includes:

  • Your name, work email, and the studio, company, or firm you represent.
  • Your role, city, website, and phone number where the form asks for them.
  • What you told us about your operation — modalities offered, the software you run, the problem you want fixed, your preferred next step, and any notes you write.
  • Quiz and fit-check answers: your goal, temperature preference, budget band, time available per week, and any self-reported health flags you tick.
  • Whether you opted in to marketing email.

We store that submission together with the page you sent it from and your browser's user-agent string, so we can tell a studio inquiry from an investor inquiry and reply in context. This site has no accounts, no passwords, and no payment forms — we never collect card details here.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we measure traffic. On production we load Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics and speed instrumentation. Between them they record page views, clicks on calls-to-action and outbound links, engagement events, referring URLs, approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information.

We also set a first-party cookie (about 90 days, with a copy in your browser's local storage) that remembers the campaign parameters a visit arrived with — utm_*, gclid and similar — so a lead can be attributed to the ad or article that produced it. Google Analytics sets its own _ga cookies, and the Meta Pixel sets _fbp and _fbc.

Advertising and conversion measurement

When you submit a form, we send a matching server-side conversion event to Google Analytics and to Meta's Conversions API, so a lead is counted once even when the browser tag is blocked. The event we send to Meta includes a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email address, your IP address, your user-agent string, and the Meta cookies described above. Meta uses those signals to match the conversion to an ad and to build measurement and audience data on its side.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under California law, sending those signals to Meta may count as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — see your choices for how to stop it.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, book the walkthrough you asked for, or send the tool output you requested.
  • To run the design-partner program and evaluate studio and manufacturer applications.
  • To send marketing email only where you opted in — every send has an unsubscribe.
  • To understand which pages, guides, and campaigns actually help people, and improve them.
  • To keep the site working and defend it: rate limiting, spam traps, and error diagnostics.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

Health-related answers

The quiz and fit-check let you tick optional health flags and describe a recovery goal. We use those answers to generate the on-page recommendation you asked for and to understand what visitors are looking for — nothing else. Praxium is not a healthcare provider, and this site is not a HIPAA-covered service: our content is educational, not medical advice. Please do not send us diagnoses, medical records, or treatment history.

Who processes data for us

We keep the vendor list short, and each one only receives what its job needs:

  • Vercel — hosting, CDN, and request logs for this site.
  • Supabase — the database behind our directory content and lead records.
  • Resend — the transactional email that notifies our team about a submission.
  • Google — Analytics 4 and its server-side measurement endpoint.
  • Meta — the Pixel and Conversions API described above.

Beyond those, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a business transfer — in which case this policy travels with the data.

How long we keep it

Lead and application records are kept while we are in contact and afterwards as business records, until you ask us to delete them. The attribution cookie expires in about 90 days. Analytics data follows each provider's own retention schedule — Google Analytics defaults to 14 months for event-level data. Backups age out on our infrastructure provider's normal cycle.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@askprax.ai and we will act on any of these — a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. No account required; we may ask you to reply from the address you submitted so we don't hand your data to someone else.

  • Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link, or tell us and we will remove you.
  • Analytics and advertising: block cookies for this site in your browser, use a tracker blocker, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on and your Meta ad settings. We do not currently run a cookie banner, so blocking is the fastest control — or ask us and we will delete the records tied to you.
  • California residents: you have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising any of them. Email us and we will honor the request.
  • Outside the United States: we are US-based and process data here. If you would rather we held nothing about you, email us and we will remove it.

Directory listings

Studio and manufacturer listings describe businesses, not consumers: name, address, hours, phone, website, publicly posted photos, and public review counts, gathered from public sources and from operators who submit or claim a page. That is business information, and how we verify it is documented. If your business information is wrong or you want a listing changed or removed, claim the page or email us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated and rate-limited, credentials for our database and email providers live only on the server, and access to lead records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure — if you find a vulnerability, tell us at hello@askprax.ai and we will fix it.

Children

This site is built for adults — studio operators and adults researching recovery. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we update this page and the “last updated” date above. We do not backdate it, and we will describe material changes rather than quietly rewriting a clause.

Want your data removed?

Email us from the address you used and we will delete the record and confirm. Studio operators correcting a listing can use the claim flow — that route reaches the person who maintains the directory data.
