Start small enough to use the output this week. These business exercises complement the member-plan loop; they do not make you complete a course before serving your next member.
Use the First Three Visits fieldbook with your shift lead. Write the purpose of the first experience, the next appropriate visit and the progress review. Then inspect a small consistent sample of actual journeys.
Use the Method exercise to capture one recurring decision. Document the current standard, who can act, when to escalate and what belongs in a handoff. Teach it through a real demonstration.
Use the workbook and Membership Fit exercise together. Test your own price and usage assumptions, then write an offer the right member can understand and realistically use.
The publication and the platform
Recovery Studio Pro brings the operating ideas and resources. Praxium connects your studio knowledge to member plans, staff delivery, visits, feedback and reassessment. The goal is not another document; it is a better experience your team can repeat.
The workbook starts with clearly labeled fictional assumptions. Replace them with your own numbers. The public lab keeps answers in the current browser page; download or explicitly copy the draft to Prax. In-product Studio Playbooks save private responses and support editable template versions.
A clearer plan for the member. A more consistent team. A stronger relationship that carries into the next visit.
