A walk-in chamber rather than a head-out cabin: the client stands inside with the head in the cold volume, which is why it runs at -80 to -110 degC where CryoMe's cryosaunas run far colder. Nitrogen circulates in a closed loop and never enters the room, so the air stays breathable and there is no windchill, and coolers sit on the ceiling as well as the walls.
