Use measured room dimensions before you place equipment. Owner-entered allowances remain separate from the model footprints.
Room openings
Add a second opening when this room connects to another space. Walk mode uses every opening.

Keep drafts local, move a plan between browsers with JSON, or download a source-backed brief for a manufacturer or contractor conversation.
How to read the plan
The solid footprint comes from the authored or measured model. The dashed allowance is the working space you enter around each item. A doorway is shown as an amber wall opening and is used as the walk-through entry.
Manufacturer dimensions and source links stay attached to the selected item. Generic models use reference dimensions for early planning when the exact product is not in the catalog.
Fit notes describe geometry only. They do not cover structural, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, access or local code requirements. Review the downloaded brief with the appropriate project team before ordering.
