Operator sim

Presenter

One invented studio, loaded and paused. Five keyboard beats move the script, and reset puts it back.

The method, both coefficient ledgers, and the list of things this cannot tell you are on the Studio Sim explainer. To model a real room, open the floor and type into an empty form.

Fictional studio. Every number loaded here was invented for the demonstration, it describes no studio anyone runs, and any number typed during the demonstration belongs to whoever typed it.

Arithmetic over invented entries and over whatever was typed on top of them. Not a forecast, not a valuation, and not a Praxium result.

A studio we invented, so we can break it

One membership, two protocols, a floor with a single sauna and a single contrast suite, and a bank balance going the wrong way. Nothing about it was measured and nobody runs it.

The scenario is loaded and paused. Beats one through five jump the script, the two cards it opens are empty until somebody types in them, and reset puts everything back where it started.

Month 1Months a second
  1. Play, at the fastest speed

The floor runs the morning daypart, the ghost line and the managed line sit on top of each other, and the bank slides down.

    Watch the bank.

  2. Beat two

Playback pauses partway through the horizon and the retention card opens with nothing in it.

Say you get churn down. Your number, you type it.

  3. Apply, then play

The managed line peels away from the ghost, and the month carries the chip that says who changed it.

That gap is that one assumption, compounding.

  4. Beat three

The campaign card opens empty for a spend and the signups being assumed for it. The evening cells go hot in the week heatmap, queue pips stack on the floor, and the wait band rises.

Growth you cannot serve turns into a queue.

  5. Beat four

The equipment card opens empty for a station and its financing terms. The bottleneck chip moves to the plunge, the bank dips at the payment month, then the growth line lifts.

Capacity is a lever with a price on it.

  6. Beat five

Ghost against managed, side by side, with the causal chain of chips underneath and the fictional label across the figure.

Every number here was typed on this call. Praxium is the speed of that experiment.

  7. Reset

The loaded state comes back exactly as it mounted, with every card empty again.

Running the months.

What the scenario loaded

  • Offer A: $129 a month, 168 members at the start, 89% kept each month (invented for this scenario) fictional rule
  • Cash at the start: $52,000 (invented for this scenario) fictional rule
  • Fixed monthly cost: $24,000 (invented for this scenario) fictional rule
  • Horizon: 18 months (invented for this scenario) fictional rule

Hides the speaking notes and the figures on the assumption rows for a cleaner frame. It cannot hide a provenance chip, the money caveat, or either fiction label, which stay on screen in every state of this view.

Type their numbers instead

This view runs invented scenarios only. To model the studio in the room with you, take the empty form on the floor and type theirs.

  • Nothing here is saved, sent, or restored between visits. Closing the tab ends the run.
  • The scenario is invented end to end. It is not a case study, not an average of anything, and not a studio Praxium has seen.
  • The two live entries in the script are typed on the call. This view ships no assumed churn move, no assumed campaign result, and no financing terms.
