What you'll find here, and what each one does. Tap any modality for the full guide — the science, who it's for, and what to expect.
Evidence context from our modality guides — goal-based research signals, not medical advice, and not a claim about this studio's services.
First visit
First-time guests must book and attend their initial session during staffed hours. The site says the first visit includes a mandatory new member orientation, safety protocol review, a studio tour, and setup of keyless entry; members book semi-private sessions through the HOTWORX Burn Off App.
