First visit
What to expect
Sessions are booked online and run in a private suite — sauna, shower and entertainment screen to yourself. Arrive about five minutes early and come hydrated; towels are provided, so bring water and wear whatever is comfortable, from swimwear to shorts and a t-shirt. A $20 intro session is the standard first visit, and membership sessions carry across every Perspire location.
