First visit
Bring a swimsuit, flip flops and a water bottle; towels are provided at the studio. A standard booking is a 60-minute slot with full access to both rooms, and the house regimen is 10–15 minutes in the sauna, 30 seconds to five minutes in the plunge, then two to three minutes of rest, repeated three times. The sauna is electric-stove heated at about 20% humidity, and water poured over the stones raises the steam. Bookings for more than one person are set at checkout, online or in the PLUNJ app.
