First visit
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in — most members choose clean workout clothing, athletic shorts and a t-shirt or tank top, and a bathing suit for the hot tub, saunas, and cold plunges. Because several recovery services involve heat, water, and sweating, the studio recommends clothing you don't mind getting wet or sweaty. Four changing stalls are available, one towel is provided per visit, and a shower with body wash and shampoo is available for guest use. Many members alternate between sauna and cold plunge sessions, and use the Power Plate as part of a warm-up or recovery routine. The facility is located about one mile off Route 3.
