The territory is assigned only after the franchisor approves the site, and is drawn on maps, streets, roads and zip codes into Appendix G of the Franchise Agreement once the lease is signed. It is sized to contain at least 12,000 "Qualified Households" (household income of at least $75,000), with the geographic size differing between dense metros and smaller markets. So long as the franchisee is not in default, the franchisor agrees not to place another Perspire studio with a physical location inside the territory — but it reserves rights including non-traditional locations (one affiliate studio already operates inside a gym) and other channels. The 2025 FDD Item 19 publishes QUARTILES ONLY — it states no single system-wide average, so none is reported here. Table 19.1, all 50 studios (franchised + affiliate-owned) open for the entire 2024 calendar year, annual Gross Revenue: top 25% average $733,618 / median $716,871 (12 studios, high $935,880, low $664,009); 2nd 25% average $614,872 / median $602,624 (13 studios); 3rd 25% average $496,807 / median $491,706 (13 studios); bottom 25% average $351,893 / median $334,796 (12 studios, high $428,706, low $255,364). Franchisee-owned only (44 studios): top 25% average $719,928 / median $680,949; bottom 25% average $340,875 / median $334,796. Item 19 also discloses full P&Ls for the six affiliate-owned studios in 2024: gross revenues $374,324–$742,031 and net profit margins of 25.7%, 27.0%, -15.5%, 25.1%, 10.1% and 22.8% — but those six carry only a 6% royalty (per Item 19 note 6), receive centralized accounting and management services, and one operates as the company's testing facility, so they are not a franchisee proxy. Third-party aggregators circulate a "$524,553 average" and a "$502,000 AUV" for this brand; both are computed or estimated by the publisher and appear nowhere in the FDD — do not use them.
